We aim to foster a creative environment where the producers we work with are supported. Our policy has been developed from a producer survey we have been conducting since the first lockdown in March 2020. Thanks to the many who have contributed so far.
Our producers have worked in agencies, production companies, and digital and media companies. Many also come with exceptional account management skills. We have placed a number of Producers through the APA Masterclass program as part of their early training.
They know the risks (and rewards) of complex production methods. And they know how to produce assets at scale and where to place them – all using the latest covid safe guidelines.
We are absolutely delighted to have them on our team.
