| We are holding a very accessible film competition for short films shot on phones. Anyone aged 16 or over can enter, the prizes are good and the screening and awards event will be great fun and good exposure for you. Shoot a short film on your mobile phone – 9×16 Duration: 1-3 minutes Subject matter: films must have a strong narrative/story thread whether they are factual or fiction. Music videos and animation accepted provided they involve a narrative structure Entrants aged 16 & over of all filmmaking levels and experience welcome. Comedy encouraged! Awards and Prizes Winner: iphone 14 pro Ticket +2 to award ceremony with creative industry professionals at Beau Beaus, Gravel Lane, East London. Mentorship through Presence Team for 3-6 months. Admission to Young Presence Community for 3-6 months Film to be screened on Presence Team’s website for 3-6 months Runners-up: Ticket +2 to award ceremony with creative industry professionals at Beau Beaus, East London. Mentorship through Presence Team for 1-3 months Admission to Young Presence Community for 1-3 months. Film to be screened on Presence Team’s website for 1-3 months. Shoot a short film on your mobile phone – 9×16 ratio Rules and Terms 1-3 minutes in duration (excluding titles) Shoot entirely on a phone and your work must be your own and original. You may use any editing/post technique (non phone is allowed) Ensure you have permission to use any visuals or sounds if you have sampled and credit them in your titles Please get written consent from performers/artists to be shown in screenings and credit them in your titles Please submit through Film Freeway 16/9/23-16/11/23 Notification of selection to shortlist on 16/12/23 Winners to be announced at event on 18/01/24 Entrants of all levels and experience.
